pc troubles - screen will not turn on

So i get to my house after being away for 3 weeks, power up my pc, all is fine, upon loading the desktop the screen freezes, making me reboot. Now when ever i try to boot up my pc, lights on the pc go on, fans etc, but the screen just stays on standby, as if it wasnt connected to the pc. ive tried multiple cables going into the built in graphics adapter and my graphics card, with no success using any combination. a friend suggested reseting my cmos/bios using the motherboard jumpers, but the only thing i could find on my mobo was two pins with "reset cmos" printed next to it - no jumper cap or toggle switches to be found. if anybody has an idea/solution to a, making my screen work or b, reseting bios in hope that works,it would be much appreciated.

i had a similar problem once and it turned out to be one stick of ram had failed.
also here is a pic of a cmos jumper. they are 3pin as far as i know.
