Mudbox Head Sculpt

2 milllion polys. And a pretty basic painted texture. Will be later used in an animated short. Feedback and criticism are appreciated.

    To be honest, there are a lot of areas that need work mate, which suggest your not working from reference which is a sin.

    You really need to be working with reference when learning to make the most out of your time.

    Take you time and dissect a form and recreate, then repeat process.
    I'd guess from the bumpiness of the model that your probably subdividing the mesh before you've established all the forms you can on that level. lower levels are the most important as the define the forms.
