MAHcut mech brushes (Zbrush)

Anyone have these brushes saved locally? Everywhere I try to download them from has given me a 404 error or the files have been removed. Would be appreciated if someone could share.

How many materials are there, I have mah_modeling and mah_shiny_001. I believe they may have come with PointPusher's UI (http://pointpusher.blogspot.com/2010/08/mini-tutorial-zbrush-40-custom-ui.html)
