Zsphere scaling

Hey guys, is there a way to scale a group of zspheres? I am trying to just grab the wrist and scale the whole hand that comes off of it, Any ideas?

Instead of selecting and scaling the main joint-like zspheres, scale the ones that gets filled in between. It should affect the rest of the branch

Ooh that seemed to work actually, also holding alt at the same times seems to help but I'm not totally sure how yet :P
