Dwarven Polearm

I'm making fantasy weapons to add to my portfolio. I already made a longsword, but I also want to add dwarven and elven weapons as well. These weapons are for first person viewing, similar to what you would see in Skyrim. I'm gonna keep my polycounts under 1500 tris and my texture around a 1024. As with my longsword I want to aim for realistic proportions and looks, even though this is more of a fantasy weapon.

That said, I made some designs and would like some feedback on them before I continue with it. I'm going with a polearm because it seems less traditionally dwarven and I didn't want to do just a basic axe. Also this weapon makes sense because it gives a dwarf extra reach in battle. The weapon is going to be around 6-7 ft long and be a bit more stout than a standard polearm because of its dwarven nature. Anyways, let me know what you think.

Well what I like about the first few is the staff bit, so that part will probably stay no matter what. The blade is the real interesting part I think.

Here are the final four variations. I made some changes to the staffs to make them match each blade more closely. Personally I think any of them would be cool to make and I may have to make more than one lol.

Hey guys, I've been drawing and modeling and working on this thing since the last update. I'm using the design for E with some changes here and there. The pole is 16 sided now but looking at it, I may tune it down to a 12 sided one. I did a quick paintover showing what colors I want to use, but no real detail yet, I plan on having runic engravings in the blade and the two hard points on the staff. While I was drawing the designs I started modeling the base res and some of the high res pieces that I'm going to be using to bake.

I've been working on the design for the head, and I have to admit I've been influenced by the Skyrim weapons design a fair bit. I did some concepting and here's the final blade design that I'll be working from. I'll be working on the other details like the handle and the head, but I'm pretty sure the design is final. Feedback is of course welcome and appreciated.
