Tutor needed

I really need a tutor for 3d environment art. I am looking for someone for two hours a week @ $25 an hour. The tutor will need to be skilled in modular building in side of 3ds max and inside of udk. I also need help with next gen assets... texturing and baking. This position would best fit someone who lives in or around sunnyvale, ca.
