Cage shading in Max not working..

Seems like something always doesn't work with me and Max...


Suddenly I can no longer see cage shading when setting up bakes anymore, I check the box and nothing happens, making it very hard to adjust properly...

any ideas?

hi CJE, i have the exact same problem. my post is just a couple of threads down from yours. ive only been suggested to tick the shaded checkbox to see it, but i already have....

I have the same problem on 64bit max, 32bit works like it always has. Super annoying. If you have 32bit also installed give it a try and see if it works (just for testing) and send them a bug report, I already have and the more squeaky wheels we have...

Just be thankful you're not trying to use reaction manager in 64bit, probably one of the worst 32/64 inconsistencies out there.

ahh... that's lame but better than working in 32bit.
