ArtGrounds Sketcher is a pretty awesome sketching and painting app in your browser (with pressure and layers) and you can draw with other people and chat as well. Its free to sign up and free to use and the best one i found so far. One of the best parts of all is you can save the whole page to png and psd.
heres a video demonstration by the creator and something i did testing it out yesterday (note: im not as amazing as an artist as a lot of people here)
Edit: For the first 7 days of your sign up you can only get into the general one server
