3dsmax image plane creator script?

Hey guys,

Is there any maxscript that load image and automatically create image plane with correct proportion and size ratio?

I've been using FunkyBunnies mel script called FB-image-plane-O-rizer



I thought I could find similar script in max. It's proven to be saving tremendous time setting up reference and it's not a creative process anyway...
