would be awesome if they go the route of UDK, free but if you start making money then PAY UP!!!!!! it would do wonders for them as at the moment pretty much everyones using UDK for personal art.

Sounds like they are doing some wordplay (or maybe just not good at the language) and will release some kind of bastardised version of the CryEngine.

I wonder if he meant "run independent of Crysis"? Since I'm curious what kind of game engine they are working on that will run independent of the game engine, and will also be up to date with the game engine.

If it's real I hope it will have more export options and much more thorough documentation and tutorials than CryEngine 2.
