I'm working on this sculpt for the GA comp - but I want you guys to crit me too.
Am going to sculpt her posed.
Going for a graceful but proud viera mid step kind of pose, holding the bow, and loosely knocking an arrow incase a malboro pops out and bad breaths Balthier.
Base mesh blocking in stuff and pose block out.. thoughts ?

dunno, i was never into fran other than the obvious boob appeal she presented, much like i disliked the furry style of IX (although the overall art style was epic).
good job though man, constantly inspired by your female characters, they're the hardest thing i've ever had to make =]

Do you model posed ... or are you posing her for the shots from a T pose or something?
Also frans breasts are a bit smaller, but i dont think your going to get many supporters of shrinking breasts.
This will be very cool though, keep up the good work.
maybe the bow feels a bit weak? i think if you give it a little more volume she will appear a bit more powerful.
also maybe 1-2 more loops on her hair ?

i think you shouldn't be distracted by the messy hair in the back they might give you trouble later although this is how they are in original images i see, but some guys have found decent solutions.
Her hair are held loose and up and fall kinda freely on the sides. i like the way you made them end pointy like that .

The way her hair is hanging down on the side of her face bothers me a bit, doesn't look like it's being affected by gravity (not hanging straight down). I know it's still wip, but I thought I'd mention it in case.

No crits from me at this point; the face looks amazing, can't wait to see the full sculpt. Your previous work was amazing, I have no doubts you will be able to nail this one.

So i just lost about 45 mins of work on the legs and torso... pissed me right off so im just screengrabbing where its at when i last saved... fuck it ill make it better this time!

i'd make her ears and hips wider- should make this piece even more sexier.
