Weird Private Message

Didn't know who to contact. I usually lurk around polycount though I don't usually post. Mainly read and absorb info. Today I got messaged by JoannyDavis who mysteriously signed up today and sent me this:
I am a madman when it comes to pc security and I double checked by running Spybot and Avast and nothing popped up. Ran a whois search and this turned up:

Domain Name:VIRUS-TOTAL.IN

O and lol at the server being in China while the person has a US address and name :P
Also it was sent to chrleon , kuakua chu , mgladding Truthseeker, who all seem to have zero posts. Wondering if anyone else got thisYour computer was noticed in email spam. It is quite possible that it is a part of botnet (Wikipedia link). Strongly recommend you to scan your computer for malware. You can do it online, for example, at:

Please, follow this. Otherwise I have to send abuse mail to your ISP with all the ensuing consequences.
