Not knowing much english helps, just enough to almost get a point across and leave them wondering.
Acting like an artist can work for or against you, so you'll need a ponytail or mod haircut to back you up.
Have borrowed art on hand; any of your actual artwork (if applicable) is always 'a technique, journey unknown' or 'it is, simple work of tattoo for italian rubber'.
For a modest sum, I can relay many more tips.
