Is there a way to manipulate the direction the "get shape" uses across teh spline as the path?

I have a spline in the shape of a chair leg, then another spline is the shape i want, everything works but the direction is wrong and its applying the shape the wrong way. How can you control the direction of the loft?

Expand the Loft in the Modifier Stack, select 'shape' and then select the shape you want to change and rotate it.
