Townhouse Housing?

Normally I don't post stuff like these but its one of those personal issues I address for advice...
I'm considering moving to a smaller living space sometime early next year and I currently live in Richmond near the Vancouver Area...
Since I'm gonna be living by myself and probably selling the flat I currently have, does anyone know of decent townhouse estates or similar lots in Burnaby, Richmond or the Vancouver area?
I really don't have anyone I know whom I can bunk up with
so I just need some leads from Polycounters in the area or knows what's available. Craigslist would normally help but so far it doesn't really fit in well of my needs.
And I wouldn't mind parking either, I have two cars with me and maintaining the costs for those plus the flat while being unemployed is a real bug up the behind...my budget limit is around 200k-300k max as if I sold my current flat it is worth 400k.
