There's a Viking Festival going on here at the moment. It's one of those 're-enactment' type things, and a viking compound has been built on one of the beaches over here. For the most part, the authenticity is pretty good and a lot of this material would make excellent reference. The slideshow has lots of good shots of the compound/costumes/weapons etc.
