Zbrush - Cintiq + Intuos 5 Issue

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this and if so is there something I am missing as a workaround.

I have both a Cintiq 22HD and Intuos 5 plugged into my workstation.
In most cases I can seamlessly transition from one tablet to the other without any hiccups. However in Zbrush if I begin working with one tablet then, switch  to the other my brushes become corrupt to the point where in is out, out is in and smooth just destroys worlds...

My workaround for the time being is to just close it and reopen with the tablet I want to use for the current task.
I'd be so happy if I'm being an idiot and there is a super straight forward answer but also just as happy for a less annoying one than close and reopen.

Cheers.
