Korra - LoK (WIP)

First time really focusing on a character model after seeing Arc Systems awesome art style in both Guilty Gear XRD  and Dragon Ball FighterZ. This is Korra from The Legend of Korra, chosen because of the somewhat simple character design that has been great for a learning experience. Getting close to retopo just need to fix the look of the shoes, something is still off about them. I also might take some more time on the pant leg creases, not overly happy with them either.

 New update!!! Basically finished with the retopology now just doing some clean-up (ears, mouth, removing unnecessary loops). Unwrapped a bunch of the complete items and started testing the model with the toon shader in UE4 (followed lawlcats shader set-up http://https//forums.unrealengine.com/community/work-in-progress/96766-guilty-gear-xrd-shader-playground)

The shadow tone map still needs a lot of work, just used a simple black overlay for testing. Not too sure about the specular part of the shader so I just bypassed it for the time being and while I have the Hull shader set-up I'm still trying to figure out how to scale up the secondary model properly to provide that black outline.

The wireframe, currently sitting at 11,926 Tris. Still not too happy with the hanging belt, might go back and hand make them in maya to get a better result.

Do you have closer turnarouunds of the face sculpt?  It looks off and needs anatomical corrections.

The mouth is a problem area atm, still trying to work out the topology for extreme mouth movements
