Eye Mask 3D model (for 3D printing)

I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler who can model this eye mask from the hit game Persona 5. This model will be 3D printed, so the modeler should be familiar with proper wall thickness, model being manifold, etc
Since this is a face mask, I can send HQ photos of my face in any angles needed.
My budget is open and no real deadline but faster turn around time, the better.
