Looking for 3D Modeler for a VRChat Model

Hello. It may seem like an odd request but I'm looking to start streaming VRChat and other VR games and require a custom model for VRChat. I don't know the first thing about modeling and wanted something that looked like myself. It'd have to have less than 20k polygons and I wanted a more anime style look. If you know how VRChat modeling works specifically, that'd be cool, too. The reason I say this is because I have used online models to make avatars in VRChat using unity but I've seen people with avatars that can do crazy stuff like leave behind a trail, conjure weapons and more.
