Hello and happy holidays to all readers.

Introduction
This is a project being done by multiple modders from the Fallout and Skyrim modding communities who have become disenfranchised by Bethesda's shenanigans and have decided to make a framework for UE4 as well as a game that demonstrates this platform's capabilities.
The framework allows tiresome needed building blocks to be included in one package for the indie developer. We wish to make a single player game with high modability which will use UE4 and the assets provided in the framework to make their own content or just edit ours. With participation from the community and easy to use tools accompanied with assets we believe we can make something special.

The Game
The framework is flexible in what kind of game it can help create but the specific game we have planned is open world and single player RPG. Something similar to Skyrim or Fallout 4 in their art style and level design. However we would love to have CO-OP functionality to allow at least 2 players to play together but we are under no illusions about creating an MMO-RPG just like that.
Our team will create some small settlements scattered throughout the map with open-ended storylines accompanied by some dungeons and survival elements for a fun gameplay. This would allow modders to add more content like more settlements, dungeons or even characters without breaking the "lore".

Work Ethic
Since we are all modders all we need from anyone joining us is the time they can spare in their free time. All members within our team have their own responsibilities during the day and even though some of us do game development as part of our day job this project does not occupy 100% of our time.
So in short this is completely Part-Time and choose your own hours. All the team needs is that we meet deadlines that we all agreed to.
Hence you can participate in other projects on a full time basis while only spare a few hours every few days for our project. You are your own boss.

Compensation
There are some members whom do this for fun while others expect some form of payment at a foreseeable future.
Our strategy is to release the game piece by piece. Creating a game from scratch to 100% will take a long time and we don't expect anyone to work for free for that long even in their free time.

We have decided due to the nature of the gradual development for the game would require that the game to remain free to acquire. However in order for the game to continue its development we will be using Patreon at the appropriate time and through donations from our supporters compensate our staff and invest further into the project.
We are a firm believer of not imposing anything on our developers depending on the level of donations received nor do we believe artificially locking off content behind paywalls.
We will do the best we can. Thats all we can promise and do.
This model seems to have thrived for many games on Patreon on a smaller scale and we believe such a structure will see fruit for this project as well.

As for the level of compensation you will receive. We believe the more contribution a person has dedicated to the project then the more they should be compensated. The compensation will be decided on a case to case basis which will be discussed in more detail.
It is very important to us that everyone involved feels that they are treated fairly and with respect.
However the basic principle is You work more. You get paid more.

Needed Talents
We have several big names in modding in our team. For example Caliente and CPU but this is a big project and even though we have 3D artists, writers, coders and level designers the level of skill and time each person can dedicate fluctuates.
Hence we are open for multiple talents to join our project to achieve that consistent level of work required to reach a demo to go public and generate revenue to compensate our team members fairly and advance the project even further.

What we are looking for
As mentioned before we need various talents but whats important is that this person or persons are open minded and motivated.
The nature of project and structure demands cooperation and being proactive.
We have no cutoff in the amount of experience any applicant needs to have but all we require that they deliver on the level of quality that we want to achieve. Of course the more experience you have with UE4 and building a project through it the better.

    In the interest of clarity and preventing other 3dArtist from joining to later discover what the "open minded" requirement actually means (like in my case),  just keep in mind that if you model a character for the project, it will most likely end up requiring a 3d penis as well, and either you do it or someone else will do it for you in the long run.  So if you are not confortable with seeying your creation being treated like that, keep this warning in mind

    To be perfectly clear you have joined us in the last 24 hours and I think we have been perfectly honest in the scope of the project.
    And yes open mindedness may include adult materials such as a 3D artist being "asked" to create genitalia though they are perfectly within their rights to refuse such a request.
    However the very nature of the project means other people within the team or the community will be modding everything made and might indeed... in this example add genitalia to the base creation.
