[Zbrush] brush that ignores surface and sculpts on top?

Here is my problem, this just sculpted with DragRect and that alpha shape, the bigger one sculpted on top of the smaller one to show my issue. What I want is everything new sculpted being sculpted completely on top of anything under it. So the surface under it is ignored. But I can't find any brush that does it and the depth modifier doesn't help either.

Is there any brush that can do that or am I out of luck?

If you store a morph target, the layer brush will only sample from the stored surface depth.
As a result you can get something like this just be changing the z-intensity (higher value strokes will be on top of any lower ones).
