Tutorial about Hair for 3D Game Characters

Hi guys, I really can't find anything that can explain me step by step the process of creating hair for 3D characters!
I know that I have to use hair cards, but I don't know how to create a good texture with specular and diffuse on photoshop.
Anyone can help me?
