[WIP] Office Industrial Style UE4

Hey there folks, I´ve been working on this scene for some time now during my freetime. 
My goal is to create an interesting office space in the style of an industrial loft.
The building is based on a real factory, who was refurbished to an office space.
Still theres a lot to do, change placeholder Materials, fill the empty spaces and decorate the whole thing with small props.

C&C is welcome.

I'm thinking you should consider a smaller scale. Do a small office/room in that style and nail it rather than create the whole floor of a mid sized company. You are spreading yourself thin and the end result will likely be a generic office with little personality.
Some people bring in personal stuff to decorate their desks. Expand from that once you made that small space work.

However I don't know what your goal is and you might just pull it off. But personal experience tells me you might abandon it.

Hy there, it´s been a few busy weeks at work, but i managed to get some props done.
I´m currently working on some plants, with lot of help from megascans.

How many objects did you make for the building? I am actually curious as to how you modeled the metal railings on the ceiling as well. Is it one mesh or modular as well?

The building currently contains 109 objects, I´ve tried to keep it modular as good as I could. The metal railings are 17 actors.

Tweaked the lighting, I think it goes in the right direction.

You're lacking the diffuse, warm lighting that makes it seam realistic. Right now your light is coming direct from the windows but there's almost no bounce inside the space - especially along the corridor between the middle of the building and the windows: there's that long stretch of dark shadow. Add some invisible lights or something to brighten it up, IMO.
