Junior Character Animator

Hello!

My name is Jhalyn and I'm a Character Animator from Indianapolis. I wanted to ask you guys what should a junior animator be able to animate to make it in the gaming industry! I'd love to know so I can add pieces to my current reel and be better prepared for CTN this November.  My reel is on the link below in case you want to look!  ( LOOK PLEASE! lol)

One thing I would say about your reel is I don't have enough time to really appreciate to what's going on. It cuts a lot and some of the anims are really short so by the I register what's going on, you cut to the next shot.
