Answered: Constant Re-activation of License in Quixel Suite

Hi all!

I own the Quixel Suite, and I've activated my license to use the software on my home machine. However, about a day ago, it asked me to activate my license when I opened NDO. When I clicked on "Activate License" it told me I was already using the maximum number of slots registered to my account. So, I de-activated the license for my machine, using the link provided in the email it sent me, and then I re-activated it on my machine. 

I only have one license, and I only have the suite installed on one machine, so this makes no sense. I checked to make sure the IP address of the machine it says I need to de-activate and the machine I'm using are the same. The names are the same too. Not sure what is tripping the system up.

My issue is, this now happens EVERY TIME I reboot my machine. I've heard you can do this a maximum of 5 times, so I'd really appreciate any help!
