Solved: Network Error : License server connection issue

LÀ TU FAIS LE RAMADAN LÀ ?

Hey Guys

Ive got a hobby license for suite 2.

When ddo was attempting to connect, an error has occurred tha say :" It seems we are unable to get trought the server at this time. Kindly try again in a few minutes.".

I can't register my license into photoshop.

We have tried contacting through the Quixel website a couple of times and haven't heard back.

Sorry about the trouble! This is a known issue. Our support team doesn't work weekends, generally, so any tickets sent in to our support system will be resolved on Monday. In this specific case, our licensing team is working on getting the servers fixed ASAP.

We do see all of the tickets sent in - going forward, please be sure that your support tickets are kept separate from Polycount.

We'll get this fixed up hopefully by tomorrow at the latest.
