Boxes on surface after applying normal map

Hi,

I'm trying to do normal mapping for this simple mesh I have but I couldn't figure this one out.

I got the edges right with a cage in xNormal but a few surfaces show these gray boxes. I've searched everywhere and I couldn't find anyone who had this issue. Maybe I'm not searching it right. I've been searching with gray boxes on surface after normal map and I couldn't find anything. Take a look at it here.


I've tried the following.
1. Made the low poly completely cover high poly
2. Made high poly and low poly the exact same size. total maximum overlap.
3. Baked without cage and with a cage

I don't understand where these boxes are coming from. Has anyone faced any issue like this before?
