The spines along its back seem quite reminiscent of dinosaurs like Stegosaurus, maybe try pushing further in that direction?
The deltoid muscles are huge in comparison to the rest of his arms/front legs, i would either make the delts smaller, or increase the mass of the arms/front legs. I would also consider that there needs to be some form of supporting muscle structure for the wings, an additional set of pectorals to help pull them down, for example.
