Problem with my animations on Maya 2016

Hello guys,

Im really looking for help.
I need to animate a scene for my school. But I have a problem with my walk cycle. As you can see on the video, I dont know why, but it seems like there's no ground and this is so weird animation. When I animated it, It was perfect, I respected everything. But now I have this problem.

And, for exemple, if I stop on one frame, the legs positionning will be wrong. Ill have to move the controller JUST A LITTLE BIT to get the real positionning of the leg/feet (ill do another video if you cant see what im talking about). Like if I move the controller, I goes just on the right place, but if I dont, it stays in the wrong position and so my animation isnt correct at all.


Do you guys have any idea about it?
