[final] Super Hornet

Here my final work.
Pipeline:
Modeling in blender, high and low, then baked in substance painter . 
Give some dectail with normal map design, give materials, paint color and dirt.
rendering in IRAY 3000 samples, with metal shaders. 
In photoshop some work on levels, and vignette for final post pro.
PS: THE BACKGROUND is not mine, is a screenshot from game, that i have modified. 

Question:
Have some advise to 3d I studied for a long time, but now I do not understand what to study to improve my 3D skills.
My level seems "stuck", I can't improve, do not understand what is the next step to take in my studies.
Do you have any tips?, watching this render, on what to focus my studies? Whre i need focus it?

i can't see improvements  :o (ps work in gallery is not the only i make in this time :)
