ZBrush subtools

Hello guys,
I need a lot of help!
I'm making an object that contains a certain detail, part of that detail is a subtool. Please, see below:






I have already done the entire retopology and UV mapping process of the tools.

I would like to know how do I get these subtools to the gaming engine as being a single object?

I've tried to merge down, but small details just get lost
