Goro Lives! Ever since I was a kid I was a fan of this character. I thought it would be fun to take a stab at him. He turned out to be no fun at all. IT was hard to figure out how to get all those arms to look natural. He was hand sculpted in Zbrush rendered in keyshot.

Goro's anatomy has always intimidated me (especially on his back) but I think you really pulled it off, @dozogovi. You even got the 3 fingered hands and feet to look like they belong! Really awesome work and great take on the character. I gotta go back and re-watch the1995 Moral Kombat film now.

I started extruding from a cube using Z Modeler that way I could use poseable symmetry.

Yes. I suppose that's true. But I was just looking to have some fun. with the character. Once you start doing the low res and all that it becomes work. haha.

It will be awesome to see his roar on the shots. And look at his back muscles man! He can rip apart an elephant!
I like those areas around knees, feet and hands, how you made skin in those parts more rough.

It almost looks like an undead goro cause of the grey skin and creepy eyes. Very nice work!

I updated the render with blood I used labels to get the blood effect as well as sculpted blood.

Awesome work! Also good choice of Character, dont see to many Goro sculpts, hes an awesome character! I think the hair was a nice touch as well
