Hello, Polycount. I finished this gun last week, and i didn't receive too much feedback. I'd like to improve my texturing skills (this is my first time using Substance painter) so i decided to bring it here for critiques/opinions.
I based it on a concept art by Kris Thaler, with a few personal touches:
https://www.artstation.com/artwork/YK91XI aimed to do really generous edge bevels to achieve good readability of the normal map on diferent distances/player perspectives, since the original concept was made for the game "Romero's Aftermath" (decendant of the infamous "War Z"), a game with both 3rd and 1st person perspectives.
