Hard surface- fighter jet- 3d modeler/texturer

Hi,
I am looking for a 3d modeler/texturer/artist that has a great handle on hard surface modeling that can take concept art I have done of a military jet and partial 3d model I've already taken to a certain degree to completion and possibly texture it as well.

Ultimately, this will be used in a personal short film I have shot. I will pay out of pocket, and we can set up any sort of arrangement that would suit your needs. I am a professional artist working in the film industry myself, and know the struggle. Will not waste time and will have a package of reference, concept art pieces, and 3d rough block in models ready to provide.
I only ask that the person have a creative eye to be able to "fill in" the details creatively to take it to the next level, and excitement for the work.
