ZBrush - SDiv level without actually SDiv levels

Hi guys,
I am working on a character and the topology of the cloth was at some point really bad. So I decided, to solve them in Maya. Went down to the lowest SDiv Level, exported the Mesh to Maya and fixed the problem. Back in ZBrush strange things happen.

There are invisible and undeletable SDiv levels.



1. the "undeletable" highres version.
2. the fixed lowpoly. (1 and two are the same subtool)
3. the mesh with the high level details and errors in the topology.

Between 1 and 2 is only one level to toggle, but as you can see there are more. I can change them by hitting the d and shift+d button but I cant toogle them by the ui. Nevertheless i am not able to delete the higher res version. Nothing happens.

What is the problem here?
