3ds max , rigged character not updating when I rotate a bone.

I uploaded a model to mixamo, downloaded it and put it in 3dsmax 2016 and the character is skinned but for some reason the viewport it not updating, the viewport only updates the rotation of the bone when I do another action, like clicking off of it and then clicking the model again, then I will see the change.. I looked up it and some people said it might be settings within the graphics card.The display driver is Nitrous direct113d. any ideas?

    There was a bug in 3dsmax where it wouldn't update the skin cache, they fixed it in an update. So make sure you get the latest patches, hotfixes. 

    If you're up to date then it's probably a dirty model. Reset scale and transform, collapse the stack rebind ect...

    If you can post the file I can probably take a look at it and get it working.
