UE 4 : Fire vfx vs contrast

Hello. Why the contrast affects the display effects? When i changed contrast my fire color changed too. I set contrast in post production box. I used a standard fire from content.

Is it possible to set the contrast that had no effect on the fire?

Not really. Contrast adjustments are a fullscreen effect thus effecting everything on screen. The only thing you can do is to tweak the contrast so you like it and then tweak the fire particles textures to compensate for those tweaks so they look like before.

A more fancy approach could be to render the fire into custom depth and exclude it, but I am not sure this is easily doable with translucent/additive materials or if its even worth the cost.
