I've been doing some experiments and watched a couple of tutorials on working with opacity on substance but I don't exactly know how to import it to UE4.
I wanted to achieve this look from substance to UE4:
So I made a box test in substance with an opacity channel set up as well as PBR metal rough with alpha blending shader and got this look as a test:
but what I really got in UE4 was:
with the material of the testbox in UE4 was set to Blend Mode: Translucent, with the sRGB in roughness and metalness map from substance were unticked.
This is also my exported maps configuration on default: Document channels + Normal + AO (No Alpha) from substance that I used to export to UE4
Is there any tutorials anyone would recommend or am I in the right track with just a little bit of tweaking?
