The colour of the clothing seems a bit too bright for the League of Legends art style to me. It tends to have deeper, richer colours for that sort of thing. Riot have already done several Three Kingdoms influenced skins so there are some great examples in the game already to follow:

Also, his gun seems kind of weedy for the burly shotgun-toting cowboy he is. If you wanna stick with just the one barrel (which I have to say doesn't make a whole lot of sense given his 2 ammo rework), maybe at least bulk out the cylinder a bit?

the collors are too fady/bright your collor palete selection is too far to the top right, try to pick collors from botom left corner
