Litte Enviroment I did for getting deeper into Realtime Animation Rendering,  mostly inspired by koola

Software - Unreal Engine / Substance Painter//Designer / Blender  

Advise / Direction on improving appreciated.

    Not sure what your aim is other than 'animation rendering', if it's architectural visualization then I'd use models that look more like real furniture. The leather material is way too glossy and in general most of the materials could do with a reality check for how they would actually receive light in the real world, the rug at a glance looks good though (maybe a bit too specular). Some slight movement in the curtains (cloth) and SSAO to help 'plant' the furniture in the room would also help. Keep at it.

    Thanks for the comment parallel, Im still playing around with the materials after getting all the constructive Feedback. Moving Curtains are on Top of the List :)
