I have a problem with head, I don't do black man before and I have a problem with a base shape...doesnt look fine I need average face about 40 years old. Maybe someone could give me advice
Oh hi, here are my two cents. I think maybe you have the lower part of his head is jutting out to much. Remember, when doing something new to you, use reference!. This here is reference of a rather good looking man, but take a look at how his forehead is actually more forward then his cheekbown http://www.beauty-and-the-bath.com/image-files/mens-short-black-hairrstyle-side-view.jpg Second thing is the ears, They're probably a little bit too low Thirdly, I don't think the way his nose breaks the flow of the labial folds looks natural, maybe try more of a "c" shape to the fold, like https://notthatthis.files.wordpress.com/2012/12/django-jackson.jpg.
Nice work, I'd paint some red in the eyes, the whites of eyes are never completely white, I also think the line where the dark skin meets the lighter on the hands looks too sharp.

Yeah I think so too, but dont have any time to tweak it. Job done, next job will be a little bit better I hope )

I think it's enough for base normal map. Additional normals wrinkles and pores I'll make on texture stage. Just want to try new way
