Hey!
So I'm looking for manga. For inspiration. My memories of it are blurry.
I remember that there were mutants in it. People mutants, with powers.
I think it started with a guy that was hired to kill some mutants, and he was also a mutant that professionally kills other mutants. He was chasing them because they used those powers to get something, and it wasn't allowed to use powers. They were hiding in some old bar or something like this.
There was scene on a field where some bad and powerful mutant is killed with a powerful sword, that can do real big damage to environment too. And I think this mutant could generate some field that could protect him.
There was a issue where some bad mutants attacked village (were many kids lived), because they wanted to kill one powerful mutant (old guy in a hat, that had power of sound waves manipulation). They failed to kill him.
I think those mutant powers were because of some army experiment.
