Working Hexen II level editor??

Hey all,
I'm not sure if this is proper place to ask this question, but I figured maybe there is some level designers hanging out. I am looking for working (at these modern times) level editing tool that can open Hexen II levels in their .bsp format, since .map(s) sources are not available.
So far I've found QuArK, but its refusing to display textures because I own steam version of the game and it doesn't contain H2.exe, only GLH2.exe and this is not acceptable according to quark. Pretty much everything else I've found is either broken links to some old stuff that is not there anymore, or require .map(s) which I don't have. I'm not sure these are available freely. Help, anyone?
