*SOLVED* Need some tips for my texturing organisation

Hey guys,
i have some problems with texturing organisation in my latest project. Im working on a a320 cockpit right now, modeling and baking is done. i also setup a complete libary of substance materials. My plan was to setup an multisub object in max with all of the different materials and color variations for the first base color texturing. There i came up with 30 different materials. 
My problem right now is, when i will do the first "composite" of all materials in substance i cant pick the colors exactly. Because there are 30 different, the color range is to close and the "multi-material-blend" inside designer will mix the materials together. 
The plan of my hustle with all the 30 different materials is to have the same material with the same settings on every part of my cockpit without tweaking, after setting up everything.
