Old cartoon house
This is concept of  my idea.
I will try to do low poly with hand paint texture.
Any advice and critique are welcome

Pretty nice work. A few thoughts:

Have something inside the balcony: At the moment the red and black towel draws my eyes to the centre of the composition, but there is just a brown shadow to look at: it needs something more.

The roof tiles look a bit thin.

Maybe a few plants and/or weeds at the base of the building?

This is a great start! I am a bit confused by the roof tiles. I've usually seen tiles that go horizontally and yours seem to be at a 45 degree rotation from that normal way of doing it. I'm not describing it very well, so here's an example!

I made the roof like that because I am follow the style of bulgarian historic houses like this house roof .
