I finally found the courage to post something on this forum.

So I'm making an Spartan hoplite warrior for my final assignment. It's not finished yet but some critical feedback from you guys would be so helpful. I hope you like it so far!

Just sculpting a full character to the likeness of a chosen concept and when done making a simple idle pose.

Doing good so far, I like the chest plate!
Imo the material of the cloak looks more plastic than cloth, maybe add some finer surface detail to make it look more like cloth?
Also, don't forget to smooth out the skin of your body, and to sculpt the hands, feet, lips,...

Well thanks @ChristopheS for your feeddback!

I changed the material of the cloth, hope its better now!
Also worked on the shinguards and the shoes and made some little details on the sword

Next I'm going to look at my body

Well I have worked a little bit more on the spartan, just a screenshot now

- remaked the cape, its a bit longer now and it has been worn
- made some scrathes on the leather thing around his waist
- polypaint the body and added some veins
- made him a little bit shorter
- worked on the hands
- made a rope between the front and the back armor
- worked a little bit on the armor (chest muscle)

only the feeds needs a lot of love now i think

Well this is the endresult.
Overall i'm very happy with the result
There is still a lot of room for improvement like hands and feets.
