I've been working on trying out some new techniques in MODO and Substance Painter.
This is what i have so far.
I'm not super happy with the presentation, any feedback is welcome.

The whole thing was modelled using OpenSubdiv in MODO.
I had originally planned to bake it there as well, since i didn't know how to export OpenSubdiv to Substance Painter or Xnormal. I found out that if you convert the mesh to a static mesh in MODO it just bakes all the OpenSubdiv information into a dense mesh you can export to any software.

The baking was pretty straightforward , even though i have never done it in in Substance Painter before.
I was surprised how clean i turned out.

All the rest of the normal details, like panelling and lights, were added in Substance Painter.

I spent a few more days texturing it and tinkering with the back lights , which i was not satisfied with, and adding the effects.
This is the final model. 13.200 tris, 4k textures + 1k texture for the hologram

When making the normal details in painter, which alphas did you use? or did you create your own ones?
@Ged Thank you!
@musashidan it's not my design, the concept was made by one of my coworkers. I agree about the mirrors though
