Maya windows and marking menus misaligned from the cursor... Can't use program. :(

I installed GoZ, and Maya freaked out. All of my custom marking menus and windows are misaligned to the left. Like, when you click the file menu, you don't see it because it appears off screen. Also when you use marking menus everything isn't aligned with the cursor. Its super difficult to use to impossible.
I'm using Maya LT. The issue doesn't exist in Maya 2016 (regular) or max or any of my other programs. Any clue of whats going on and how I can fix it? I'm also using windows 10.. which has issues of its own with second displays.
I tried deleting my preferences... and really the whole folder in my documents. I also tried in ZB to force GoZ reinstall, but i probably need to uninstall it all together somehow. The issue persists. Any ideas??
