Tileable Texure for different Objects and normal map (houses)

Hey guys,

i want to build a little town with many different houses and stuff. so i need a lot of wood and stone to make this happen. but iam struggeling how to tackle it the best way because i want to use only one tileable material for wood, stone and so on. iam doing this in cryengine

but iam also thinking about the normal map for the tons of different wood assets and how to get them in a good quality when i want to use just one wood material because i want to keep the performance very high and to pack all the stuff the most intelligent way.

please tell me how you would start and whats the best way to do it. cheers
